OUAI Reviews

I personally find Ouai products to be overrated. Maybe it's the influencer and celeb hype around the brand but I'm surprised they have such great reviews when I find other brands are so much better. Their hair and body oil, for example, smells gorgeous but it leaves my hair really greasy compared to a high street brand at half the price. Their hairspray didn't hold anything in place, the shampoo & conditioner didn't leave my hair very strong and the dry foam did nothing but make my hair smell really good. For actual results I would always recommend a brand like moroccanoil or even John Frieda over Ouai but if they tweaked their products to make them more effective then they might win me back - their products really do smell amazing...

I purchase the Ouai hair pomade regularly and it is a staple product of mine now. It is great for slicking hair and taming fly aways. It has a great smell and doesn't leave the hair too sticky. Ouai prices are fairly reasonable.
The website is clear and easy to find your way around. I like that their products are stocked on other online beauty retailers so that you can buy them from UK and AU.
Would recommend!

Bought products for my sons Christmas present. Unfortunately I missed the deliveries and product was returned to Ouai. Emailed customer service and product was sent back to me. Would like to thank Mia for fantastic customer service ????
